Like other Jobs, account assistants have responsibilities and opportunities to grow too. The role of account assistants is to support the finance and accounting department. Accounting Manager 

An accounting manager is deployed to supervise the team of accountants. Accounting Managers need to review and analyse the financial reports and documents prepared by accounting teams.

Assistant Controller

The primary task of assistant controllers is to lead several accounting teams within an organisation. Furthermore, they need to resolve the discrepancies that occur in the company. 

Controller

As the name suggests, the controller has control over all financial activities of the organisation. Moreover, the controller is mainly involved in determining budget, forecasting, data analysis, debt servicing, regulatory compliance, audits, internal controls, expense management, and tax filings.
